We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will process your return or exchange request as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Any requests made after 30 days will not be accepted. Please contact us first at support@orlatha.com.

General Return Process
To initiate a return, please email support@orlatha.com and include your order number along with photos or videos of the item. Our customer service team will review your request within 2–3 business days to determine whether it qualifies for a return.
If your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returned or exchanged items.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our fault, such as receiving the wrong item or a product quality issue, we will provide a full refund.
If the return is due to the buyer’s own reason, such as no longer wanting the item or ordering the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
There are no handling fees for returns.
Refunds
After receiving and checking your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 2 business days.
If you have not received your refund after 2 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your bank or credit card company. Processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@orlatha.com.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we can help cancel it. If payment has been completed but the package has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order before shipment for a full refund.
